Powder coating is a polymer coating that provides a durable yet cosmetic finish that enhances performance and extends product life.

Advantages of Powder Coat vs. Conventional Liquid Finishes
·         Competitive pricing (no primers, thinners, lacquers, etc. required)
·         Durable finish - Weather, chip, chemical, UV and corrosion resistance
·         Consistent results, optimum film thickness, better edge coverage
·         Environmentally friendly

Capacity

Part sizes - up to 6 feet wide, 7 feet high and 13 feet deep (will run additional shifts as necessary).

Flexibility

We now process lot sizes of 1 to over 1,500 and can change our powder in a matter of minutes.  The powders have an extensive range of textures, colors, and gloss levels.  We are also willing to automate for your products given appropriate quantities.

Types of Products

We currently provide services to industries such as medical, automotive, racing, motorcycle, manufactoring,  trucking, electrical (housings, fixtures, etc.), architectural, construction and retail.

 Sand Blasting

We currently have sandblast booths capable of handling parts up to 8 feet wide, 8 feet high and 20 feet long utilizing enclosed booths with reclaiming capabilities.  We use a non-silica based media to provide a lightly textured finish to various parts at the customer’s request, prior to powder coating.  We also use it for the removal of corrosion, scale, paint and etc. on new and used components.
